Twin aims to do the same for AI agencies: a platform where they can build, operate, and distribute reliable AI agents at scale.

For the last 20 years, agencies have been difficult to scale. Margins were low, work was manual, and growth required hiring more people. But AI changes the equation. Instead of selling custom, manually built projects, you can design repeatable AI agents on Twin, productize them, and sell measurable outcomes with recurring revenue, without technical teams.

Build for one. Distribute to hundreds.

Small businesses will not build and maintain complex AI agents themselves. They do not have the time or appetite for experimentation. They will rely on specialists who understand their industry and can deliver automation as a service.

We are launching the Twin AI Agency Accelerator to partner with a small group of entrepreneurial builders who want to create AI-native agencies in specific verticals, and help them scale using Twin’s infrastructure, capital, and distribution. This first cohort will be intentionally small and selective.

Who this is for

We are looking for entrepreneurial profiles with three core attributes.

First, you have deep domain expertise in a specific vertical. That could be restaurants, dental clinics, accounting firms, construction companies, retail, real estate agencies, logistics providers, healthcare practices, or any other SMB-heavy industry. You understand their workflows, pain points, and economics better than most.
Second, you are a maker and you already built / experimented with AI agents. You understand what is possible, where the limitations are, and how far you can push automation today. You’ll be asked to share an agent built with Twin during the process.
Third, you already have access to SMB customers or can reach them easily. You might already be working with a few businesses who are willing to experiment, or you might be deeply embedded in a community where trust is already established.

We are not looking for freelancers who want to sell hours. We are looking for founders who want to build repeatable revenue engines. If you’ve ever thought about becoming “an agency of one with a team of hundreds” this is for you.

What we provide

1. Salary for the first 6 months

We fund you while you validate your vertical and acquire your first paying customers. You don’t need to bootstrap alone or take unreasonable personal risk in the early phase. The goal is simple: reach paying customers and prove repeatability.

2. Infrastructure fully funded

All Twin infrastructure costs are covered during the program. That includes agent execution, API integrations, browser automation, and compute. You will have priority access to new features and a direct feedback loop with our engineering team. You will be building on production-grade infrastructure from day one.
